Returns & Damages
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at bygracejewelry.co@gmail.com.
We will gladly offer a replacement item or store credit for any approved damaged or defective items.
Returns
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, we do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Refunds
All wholesale orders are final sale.
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns or issues will be resolved with store credit or product replacement only.
