Lost or Delayed Packages

By Grace Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees required to reship an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments
